1. Processing Time — All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

2. Delivery Time — Orders are typically delivered within 5–8 business days across India. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

3. Shipping Coverage — We currently ship pan-India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. Prepaid Orders Only — We accept prepaid payments only. COD is currently not available.

5. Tracking — Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can track your delivery in real time.

6. Delays — Ravynclaw is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. However, we will always try our best to help resolve any issues.

7. Wrong Address — Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing the order. Ravynclaw is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

8. Lost or Damaged Orders — If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please DM us on Instagram @ravynclaw._ within 24 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos.
